At T.T.O.O, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all T.T.O.O tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
